Project Title : Increasing the competitiveness of Argo Card Company on the international market by introducing new products and services and by improving production processes. Financing Level : 50% of the investment costs from the European Regional Development Fund and Polish national budget. Realization Period : From 25th November 2008 to 18th December 2009. Project Scope : The project scope was to extend the offer of products and services in the field of laminate production for magnetic strip plastic cards production, taking into special consideration biodegradable plastic cards. The assistance to be provided relates to the investment localized in the "Pomorskie Province" according to RPO WP Dz. 1.1.2._1.  Sub action 1.1.2 is one of the two elements of action 1. Micro, small and medium size enterprises, as part of priority No 1. Development and innovations in the Regional Operational Program in Pomeranian Voivodeship between the years 2007-2013. The support is to involve the investment of enterprises within the sector of small and medium businesses, located in Pomeranian Voivodeship. The investments must contribute to the development of technology, the organisation and market (expand to new markets, including export) of the companies, as well as increasing employment, particularly in the service sector having labour-intensive lines as well as those related to the regional characteristics. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain a subsidy to assist in European Union and National standard employment of the norms, and also assist participation in national or international economic events such as trade fairs and exhibitions. Each program should meet the environmental safety standards. The programs must fulfill the following conditions:
